Your legal rights, our 10× promise on top of them, and exactly how to claim - in plain language.
If you're a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, no reason needed. For digital content there's a standard exception: at checkout you consent to getting immediate access, and you acknowledge that once you begin the course, you waive the 14-day withdrawal right. If you buy and don't start the course, the full 14-day right applies - email us and we'll refund you.
In practice this matters less than it sounds, because our own guarantee below is broader than the statutory right.
The promise made on the site, in writing: within 30 days of purchase, if you don't believe you got at least ten times the price in value, email hello@oliveradan.comwith a sentence on what you tried, and you get a full refund. That's the whole process - no forms, no interrogation, no defensiveness.
This is a satisfaction guarantee: whether the program was worth 10× to you is judged by you, not by us. It applies to the self-serve programs (The Numbers, The Life, and the complete program), once per customer, and sits on top of your statutory rights - it never replaces them.
Booked coaching sessions are refundable in full until 48 hours before the session. Inside 48 hours the time is reserved for you and can't be resold, so it's no longer refundable - but if something genuinely urgent comes up, email us and we'll try to reschedule instead.
Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights as a consumer - including your rights under EU law if the digital content is faulty or not as described. The 10× promise is a voluntary guarantee in addition to those rights, never instead of them.
